Will the product I order be exactly the same as the photo?

The exposed Italianflora flowers are a design product handmade by a florist based on a range of fresh and quality flowers.

According to the executing Florist’s initiative, the delivered product may differ from the picture shown depending on his creative sensitivity, his expertise, his regular supply of flowers from season to season.

The picture and the number of flowers have an illustrative value.

Vases, even if shown in pictures, are not included unless expressly indicated in the product description.

Is it possible for my order to remain anonymous?

If the card that accompanies your gift is not signed then the sender remains totally anonymous and neither the recipient nor the florist fulfilling the order will be able to access your details.

How can I request a personalised gift?

Flowers are seasonal products.

For this reason the full range is not always available.
Any preferences can be entered in the “special instructions” section but we cannot guarantee these will be fulfilled.

Can I include a personalised message?

The ordering procedure includes a step where you can add your own message (max 255 latin letters).

This will be delivered with the flowers.

Can I send more than one gift in one order?

Yes, the basket can contain more products deliverables to the same recipient on the same date.

Can I specify a time for delivery?

Delivery at a specific time can only be guaranteed if agreed with our customer care department, please write to info@italianflora.com.

Request for time of delivery (morning/afternoon/evening) needs to reach us at least 48 hours in advance.

Time of delivery is only guaranteed for funerals. If this is the case please enter the exact time of delivery in the “Notes” section on the order form.

What happens if recipient is not there on delivery?

Florist will attempt delivery again same day or the day after. Maybe, it could be necessary to pay an extra fee for re-delivery if florist could ask for. You will be advise.

Can I modify an order?

Yes, you can.

To modify an order you have to contact, at least the day before the delivery, via mail info@italianflora.com with the number of the order and the new date of delivery.

Can I cancel an order?

If, for serious reasons, you intend to cancel an order, you have to send a written request to the email address: info@italianflora.com.

The order, if not processed yet, will be refunded but we’ll deduct 3% of bank commission.

These are:

Online via credit card, all you need to do is enter your card details:

type of card, number, expiry date, and if required the security code.

The entire transaction will be managed by Stripe or Paypal with highest levels of security will be adhered to.

Paypal: Your credit card details will be processed only by PayPal in order to carry out the necessary checks required to authorise online payment.

Italianflora will therefore not have any access to credit card details, but will only manage the contact details of the purchaser (name, surname, address) that are required to send the invoice to his/her address and to manage the delivery floral gifts to the address indicated in the order.

The financial transaction only involves the purchaser and PayPal, who then proceeds to pay Italian Flora.

Delivery will be made consistent with the time of receipt of the bank transfer or postal order.

The order will be placed “on hold” until the bank transfer will be received;

you will receive notification that payment has been successful and the order will be processed regularly.

Can not be guaranteed delivery before 24 working hours.

Is delivery charge different in base of the distance?

No, the delivery charge is included for every place covered by the Italian flora florist.

Italianflora will pay any additional delivery charge required by the florist.

For deliveries abroad, the costs depends on the country of destination, but is always included in prices shown on Italianflora websites.

How can I know if my order has been delivered?

Italianflora guarantees the delivery of all orders for the requested date during normal working hours of our partner florists. If, for whatever reason, it has not been possible to fulfill your order you will be contacted by our customer care department as soon as the florist informs us there is a problem with the delivery.

This means that if you have not heard from us or have not received any message, you can be certain that your personal flower gift has reached its destination.

If the order has not been delivered, you can contact us writing a mail to info@italianflora.it and lodge a complaint for non delivery, quoting your reference number.

What happens if the recipient is not at home, or at the delivery address?

R. Our partner florist will attempt to deliver the gift then leave a card and try to reach the recipient at a later time by phone.

If the florist cannot reach the recipient he or she will immediately inform us of the problem and we will contact you either via post or email.

Can I place an order by phone?
A. You can call Italianflora orders number +39 333 4903080 and make and place an order by phone with the support of an operator, daily (Mon-Fry 9:00am to 6:00pm – Suterday 9:00am to 12:00am). The order is automatically transmitted to an Italianflora florist whom will make the delivery.
