Our opening days and timetable:

From Monday to Friday: 9 am to 6 pm – ( Italian Time )

We accept the orders for the same day until 5 pm

On Saturday: 9 am to 11 am – ( Italian Time )

We accept the orders for the same day until 11 am

On Sunday: CLOSED

We are able to deliver on Sunday, but need to receive the order 1 day before to avoid any problem.

Deliveries in ITALY – Flowers to Italy

We assure same-day delivery in 24 hours

  • INTERNATIONAL deliveries

We assure the delivery in about 48 – 72 hours.
During holidays, we recommend that you place your orders at least 2 days in advance

All prices are delivery fee included

No vase is included

No-delivery is not due to our company in case of wrong data or lacking data (recipient’s name, address and phone number)

A bonus for a future delivery will be offered to the customer in case of no-delivery due to our fault

Claim about quality of flowers need to be received within 10 days (preferably within 48 hours) with a picture as proof in order to investigate.

 

  • Deliveries at hotel

We need: recipient’s and hotel’s data – recipient’s and hotel’s telephone number – Room number – Name of the tour operator (if available).

If we have wrong information, we won’t refund the customer.

 

  • Deliveries at hospital

We need: recipient’s and hospital’s data – recipient’s and hospital’s telephone number – Room number – Ward name – Room number (if available).

It would be a good idea to give an alternative address in the delivery instruction field, in case the recipient has been released.
Take in consideration that most hospitals do not allow florists to deliver personally. If we have wrong information, we won’t refund the customer.

 

  • Recipient Not Home

If the recipient is not at home when the florist attempts a delivery,
He/She can:
call the recipient to schedule an appropriate delivery time, or leaves a note on the recipients door asking Him/Her to contact the florist to schedule a delivery time, or leaves the arrangement in a covered, secure area of the home, or leaves the gift bouquet to a neighbour and place a message on the recipients door with any information.

If we have wrong information, we won’t refund the customer.
